Lisa Thoe has more than 40 years of health care experience, all with Mayo Clinic. She has worked across the continuum of care in a variety of direct-care and nursing-leadership roles. Lisa is actively involved in Mayo Clinic Global Consulting, providing insight and guidance into nursing and health care leadership, recruitment, staffing, nursing education and nursing clinical practice to a variety of clients across the globe.

Lisa holds a master's degree in nursing leadership and Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both from the University of Phoenix. She is board certified as a nurse executive through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a recipient of the Mayo Clinic Excellence in Leadership award.

Kirk Allen joined Mayo Clinic in 2019 and has since led a broad variety of consulting engagements around the globe. His primary practice area is new hospital development, covering all facets from concept planning to operational excellence. Through his consulting work, Kirk has helped clients provide world-class care by applying the principles of the Mayo Clinic model of care to provide guidance on organization structure, governance, patient experience and quality. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic International, Kirk spent five years at Cargill, serving in strategy consulting and analyst roles. Additionally, he has experience in commercial banking and the legal industry.

Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Statistics from Miami University and a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School.

Prior to joining Mayo Clinic International, Kelsey Ackmann spent six years at UnitedHealth Group, serving in operational and product roles in the international and startup venture spaces. She has robust experience in optimizing global clinical and nonclinical business operations, as well as designing customer experience pathways for international health products. Additionally, Kelsey has served as a technology consultant for Thomson Reuters and was a Fulbright award winner.

Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master of Applied Science in Global Health Planning and Management from the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University.

Ben R. Langholz

Ben Langholz has more than a decade of experience consulting internally at Mayo Clinic and with health care organizations around the U.S. and the world. He joined Mayo Clinic in 2016, assisting with Mayo Clinic's implementation of the electronic medical record Epic. Ben has since worked in the Enterprise Office of Access Management, focusing on patient access initiatives and digital consumer health prior to joining MCGC in 2021. His engagement experience covers many facets of hospital development and operation, including concept and governance planning, facility design, technology procurement, IT build, system testing, post-live workflow optimization, and enhancement. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic, Ben served as a senior consultant for prominent health care systems across the United States as they implemented or optimized their digital health solutions.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Economics and Statistics from St. Olaf College.

Eric Ofori-Atta has a strong background in operational efficiencies and customer relationships. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic, he spent several decades in the private sector, serving as Vice President Store Manager at Macy's Inc. and General Manager at Gap Inc./Banana Republic.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Public Affairs with a concentration on integrative leadership and managing global health from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.

Anna Rebidas

Anna Rebidas joined Mayo Clinic in 2006 as an art director in Brand Strategy and has partnered with multiple Mayo Clinic Centers, including Innovation, Individualized Medicine, Regenerative Medicine and International. She joined the consulting group in 2019, advising clients predominantly in the areas of new hospital development and operations enhancement. Anna's experience covers all facets of hospital development, notably concept and governance planning, and facility design and operations, including medical services, staffing and equipment planning.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from the College for Creative Studies and a Master of Business Administration from Augsburg University.

Brittany Schuchard joined Mayo Clinic in 2016, focusing on commercializing Mayo Clinic's clinical laboratory tests in foreign markets. Brittany joined MCGC in 2021 and has primary practice areas of operations enhancements and implementation and new hospital development. Brittany's experience covers all facets of hospital development, with notable specialty expertise in clinical operations gap assessments and governance development.

Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Master of Business Administration from University of Northwestern.

Tracee Vetting Wolf joined Mayo Clinic in 2016 as a service designer in the Center for Innovation, performing design thinking and qualitative research work with Mayo Clinic’s Department of Surgery, RST Airport, Well Living Lab, Destination Medical Center and others. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic, Tracee worked at IBM as a UX design lead and design researcher.

Tracee holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Design and Visual Communication and a master's degree in architecture from the University of Minnesota.
